Community Outreach  Program

Ieshia Demas Ministries believes in protecting the baby in the womb and out of the womb. Thus, our Baby Love Program provides baby clothing, food, and essentials to new and expecting moms. Babies must be infants. We want babies and moms to grow into the resources we have for them. This program takes place annually in April.

Ieshia Demas Ministries is committed to making sure that every child and family can experience the joy and wonder of Christmas. Through our toy giveaway program, we help families in need by providing them with food, toys, and clothing. 

Through our turkey basket giveaway, Ieshia Demas Ministries addresses food insecurity issues and provides families, especially those in need, with the food necessary to prepare and enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal, including items like turkey, stuffing, and other sides.   

Ieshia Demas Ministries believes that all children deserve the essential tools that allow them to be active participants in their educational journey. Thus, annually we give away backpacks filled with school supplies to children in underserved communities.

 Ieshia Demas Ministries understands that many underserved children lack enough warm clothing to stay protected throughout winter. Thus, Ieshia Demas Ministries collects and distributes new and gently used coats, gloves, scarves, and beanies to help children in need. 

The parent and adult education program by Ieshia Demas Ministries is a well-structured effort designed to boost the parenting and life skills of families and individuals in homeless and underserved areas. As well as provide continuing education classes to educators.  This program covers vital subjects such as financial literacy, budgeting, job skills, child development, communication techniques, discipline methods, nutrition, healthcare, early childhood education, and trauma-informed emotional and mental health. Classes are available both in-person and as self-paced online courses.
